1. AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND THEPRIVATEPRACTICEPRO.COM

This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of information on privatepracticepro.com (the “Site”) by The Private Practice Pro, Stevens Family Therapy, Inc. (“TPPP”). By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described herein.

We collect two types of data when you use the Site: Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”) and Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”).

Non-PII may include your IP address, browser type, device type, cookies, pixel tags and any non-identifying details you volunteer.

PII may include your name, postal address, email address, phone number, payment information and any health-related details you choose to provide when you register or purchase the Course.

3. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

TPPP uses your information to operate the Site, deliver Course materials, process transactions and enforce compliance with our Terms of Use. Non-PII may be used for analytics, site administration, diagnostics and to deliver relevant content or advertising. PII may be used to communicate about the Course, send updates, promotional materials or notices of policy changes. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

4. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION

TPPP does not sell customer lists. We may share PII with trusted service providers who perform services on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose PII if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Non-PII may be shared with third parties for any purpose, including analytics and advertising partnerships.

5. THIRD-PARTY TRACKING

We partner with third parties who may place cookies or pixel tags on your browser or device to deliver targeted advertising, analytics and reporting. These partners may collect hashed or obfuscated personal information you have provided, linked to cookies or device identifiers, to recognize you across channels.

6. SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect PII during transmission. However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed fully secure. You acknowledge that any transmission is at your own risk.

7. USE OF SITE BY CHILDREN

The Site is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect PII from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete it.

9. ACCESSING, UPDATING OR DELETING INFORMATION

You may review, update or request deletion of your PII by logging into your account or contacting us. We will comply with valid requests except as otherwise required to retain information for legal or business purposes.
